Our core values (mutual respect, sustainability, team spirit and agility) were not just handed down to us by an external consultant; rather, they were crafted in a series of workshops with the various members of our team. They reflect our day-to-day interactions in our team and with our clients and partners, and they represent what is important to us. They serve as a guiding light and benchmark, especially in uncertain times and when difficult decisions have to be made.
Our values are universal, applying both internally and in our dealings with customers and partners. Here, we specifically encourage critiquing management decisions if they do not appear to be in line with our values.
Mutual Respect
Regardless of whether you are an employee, partner or customer, we respect each and everyone equally. We listen, we are friendly and respectful, and we make sure to show understanding for the other person and their situation at all times. We show appreciation for our employees by rewarding outstanding performance. But mutual respect also means that we care just as much about those who are in danger of being left behind and actively help them to catch up again. In our relationship with our clients and partners, we value honest, trusting, and transparent dealings with each other, in every phase of the collaboration; from first getting to know each other, to working together on projects, to eventual disengagement and beyond.
Sustainability
We invest in long-term relationships with customers and employees. It has been our conviction and experience for many years that these investments pay off when we keep the big picture in mind, and create real added value for everyone involved. This requires us to be mindful in our dealings with people, businesses, and also the planet’s resources. Sustainability must not be a mere marketing buzzword, but one that is infused with meaning every day.
Team Spirit
The team includes not only our employees but also our customers and partners. Only together can we be successful. This includes mutual understanding, common goals, and reciprocal support if things aren’t running smoothly for either party. At that point it is no longer just a matter of fulfilling contracts, but rather of finding a workable solution together. We will always prefer to have a long-term business relationship based on mutual trust, rather than a quick but unsustainable turnover. Sharing our knowledge openly is also part of the team spirit. The greatest success can only be achieved as a team if we combine our know-how about online marketing with our clients’ knowledge of their market and the target audience.
Agility
Agility does not mean constantly changing direction without a plan and following short-lived trends. We shape the world proactively rather than being taken by surprise by changes. To this end, we are constantly acquiring new knowledge and looking for better approaches to solutions. We are not afraid to leave our comfort zones and enter new territory. We create space for ideas and promote a culture where failure, although disappointing, is understood as part of the learning process. In this way, we ensure that our know-how remains up to date even in an increasingly fast-moving world and that we are prepared to meet new challenges.
